Radio Tactics appeals against recent EPO decision

The European Patent Office (EPO), having previously granted and given a positive opinion on the merits of Radio Tactics' European Patent concerning its Handset Access Card, entitled "forensic toolkit and method for accessing data on the SIM or USIM cards", has decided to revoke it following opposition proceedings. The filing of such an appeal will have suspensive effect meaning that the revocation is not made final until the outcome of the Appeal.
Note that Radio Tactics’ related European Patent No. EP1717767 (under the same title) is not affected by this decision.
