Training
Radio Tactics are able to offer standard or bespoke training to all of its customers to ensure users are fully competent in all aspects of mobile phone forensics. During our one day course delegates will gain an understanding of SIM, Mobile Device and Memory Card technologies; and be given ample opportunity to successfully complete the acquisition and analysis of data from SIM/USIM cards, Mobile Devices and Memory Cards.
We recognise the need for well presented and structured training programmes so all courses are delivered through a mixture of classroom and practical hands-on learning. Every training course is relevant to the attendees, delivered at a pace that reflects their ability and experience and generates a full understanding of the practical uses of our products within their working environment. We ensure delegates are fully conversant with the product operation, calibration of the terminal, generation of log files, process for handling PIN locked SIM cards, installation of the Analysis Suite software including the generation of reports and basic report customisations.
We also offer a further one day Super User training course, for those who are experienced mobile phone forensic examiners and have successfully completed the standard training course. Delegates will develop a greater understanding in the technology of SIMs, Mobile Devices and the GSM network. The course also includes the data acquisition process from an unsupported Mobile Device, software upgrade of the terminal, further report customisations, export formats and the advanced analysis of Mobile Device data including the understanding of metadata.
Bespoke training designed to reflect the requirements of customers unique working practices is also available. In cases where a customer requires 6 or more delegates to attend training, Radio Tactics is able to deliver training at the customers premises.
